- Develop sales for cell health & centrifugation products in the territory
- Understand customer needs and workflow requirements in biopharma and basic life science research
- Collaborate with a team of experts to develop solutions that meet customer specifications and requirements
- Define and implement sales strategy with multiple decision‑makers
- Conduct sales negotiations
- Achieve the budget within conditions set by management
- Reports directly to:
Sales Supervisor Beckman Coulter Life Science Cell Health & Centrifugation (Southern Germany)
- Master’s degree or PhD in biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific/life science field (required)
- Previous experience within the life science/pharma industry (a plus)
- Validated knowledge of complex sales processes, ideally in a product portfolio of Capital Equipment (highly appreciated but not required)
- Computer‑savvy: experience with the standard MS Office package and preferably Sales Force™
- Fluent in German and English (required)
- Team‑oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, open, direct, proactive, and highly committed
- Strong focus on customer needs, solution‑oriented with a hands‑on mentality
- Appreciation for working with diverse cultures and mentalities
