About the Role

As a B2B Sales Executive
, you’ll be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities with B2B customers across Switzerland
. You'll drive revenue growth by engaging our customer base, understanding their needs, and offering the best interpretation and translation solutions as well as the leading AI language services portfolio on the market.

Your role includes the full sales cycle — from first contact and qualification to demo and closing. You’ll collaborate with our supportive sales team and coach to continuously grow your skills and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads from interested B2B customers, qualifying and converting them into sales
  • Proactively engage outbound prospects via email road trips, visits, campaigns, phone, email, and social channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and present customized solutions based on client needs
  • Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in both public and private sectors
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report key sales activities
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, team trainings, and feedback sessions
Requirements
  • Proven passion for sales and a strong drive to exceed targets
  • Experience in B2B sales (inbound and/or outbound)
  • Fluent in Swiss German and proficient in English – both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone communication and people skills
  • Strong time management – you take ownership of your schedule and results
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Upsales, Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus
  • Thrives in a high-activity role — 100+ calls a day is normal for you
  • Energetic, self‑motivated, and eager to learn and grow
  • Ability to travel within Switzerland as needed
