Responsibilities
  • Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to ensure customer understanding of Pure’s value proposition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive high satisfaction ratings
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop strategic account plans for acquiring new customers
  • Manage a robust pipeline of sales activities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders while fostering teamwork
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering $5-$10M in annual revenues
  • Authentic engagement with customers to understand and address their business challenges
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and deepen relationships
  • Ability to assess and manage a sales territory for maximum revenue and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the data storage industry or related technology solutions
  • Strong prospecting skills with a history of opening doors to new customers
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and creativity in sales strategies
  • Passion for customer success beyond the sales process
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and partners
