- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive high satisfaction ratings
- Lead pursuit teams and develop strategic account plans for acquiring new customers
- Manage a robust pipeline of sales activities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders while fostering teamwork
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development
- Proven track record of consistently delivering $5-$10M in annual revenues
- Authentic engagement with customers to understand and address their business challenges
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and deepen relationships
- Ability to assess and manage a sales territory for maximum revenue and efficiency
- Experience in the data storage industry or related technology solutions
- Strong prospecting skills with a history of opening doors to new customers
- Demonstrated thought leadership and creativity in sales strategies
- Passion for customer success beyond the sales process
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and partners
