What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop business plans aligned with your assigned territory and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers
  • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualifying to closing
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship building
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
  • Experience selling identity security solutions or comparable technology
