Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting Tax Done's platform solutions. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, managing client inquiries, closing sales, and contributing to achieving overall sales goals. The Sales Representative should maintain a client-focused approach to support growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailor‑made solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales platforms
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Good understanding of tax systems, particularly Swiss taxation, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Engage prospects via calls and email
Present and explain services clearly
Manage pipelines and follow up consistently
Record interactions in CRM systems
