As a Regional Manager, you will lead a team supporting minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive commercial execution, territory performance, and sales team development while partnering with healthcare professionals across your region. IVS Product Portfolio:

Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to support achievement of regional sales objectives and territory performance goals. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build and maintain a high-performing team. Build and sustain a positive, high-performing team culture by coaching employees, promoting accountability, recognizing achievements, and reinforcing organizational values and expectations. Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with sales objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer activity to identify opportunities for growth and business development. Conduct regular field visits to provide sales coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support. Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and customer support to execute business initiatives and address customer needs. Monitor key business metrics, forecasts, and sales performance to support achievement of regional goals.
You Will Need
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience. Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience. Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans. Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics. Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.
Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience with in medical device, healthcare, surgical, or healthcare technology industries. Experience leading field-based sales teams across multiple territories.
