Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity to join our Pasture & Land Management team as an Associate Territory Manager. The Associate Territory Manager position is a preparatory role designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and experiences required to be an effective Territory Manager s is done through structured training, project responsibility, and day‑to‑day interactions with Territory Managers, Business Partners, and Customers.

In this role, you will support Pasture & Land Management customers and channel partners—including cattle producers, landowners, retailers, dealers, distributors, government agencies and vegetation management professionals—by identifying their needs and recommending solutions that improve land productivity and deliver business results. With positions available nationwide, you’ll gain hands‑on sales experience, build valuable industry relationships, and prepare for increasing responsibility as you grow your career with Corteva.

Territory Managers are the face of Corteva Agriscience, creating demand for and increasing the understanding of our products. As an Associate Territory Manager, you will work directly with our customers to gain the experience needed to manage your own territory as a Territory Manager.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide technical guidance to Pasture & Land Management customers and channel partners on the proper use, application, and stewardship of Corteva products.
  • Consult with livestock producers, landowners, retailers, government agencies and vegetation management professionals to evaluate weed and brush pressures, site and environmental conditions, product selection, application methods, and timing.
  • Support annual business planning and forecasting with key accounts in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
  • Communicate technical and business information to key accounts, including pricing, terms, programs, deadlines, regulatory updates, and other relevant topics.
  • Monitor the performance of product and marketing programs through regular customer engagement, timely reporting, and ongoing product planning.
  • Identify and pursue new market and business‑development opportunities within the territory.
  • Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and trade organizations to strengthen product awareness, adoption, and stewardship.
  • Actively participate in and successfully complete all Associate Territory Manager training requirements throughout the program.
What Skills You Need
  • We seek candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degrees in forestry, environmental science, natural resources, animal science, business, economics, agricultural science, or other related disciplines.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills– demonstrated through in‑person customer visits and written communication.
  • Technical aptitude – ability to learn technical skills and agricultural information to apply that knowledge in your territory.
  • The ability to collaborate and lead as part of a team – with a willingness to influence.
  • A customer‑focused approach – to sales and service.

    Proficiency – with standard computer technology.
  • Mobility – must have the ability to work in assigned territory and gain market expertise in potentially new geographies.
