- Proactively conduct cold outreach and outbound calling to trades and construction companies
- Qualify inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain contact lists and sequences in the CRM
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs
- Optimize pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack
- Systematically share call feedback with the team
- Identify relevant stakeholders, generate interest, and hand qualified appointments over to the Sales team
- Initial work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales, or a similar field are an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- French is a plus
- Structured and self-directed approach to work
- Experience with CRMs
- Curiosity about the construction industry; prior knowledge is not required
Demonstrates strong communication skills in German and English, with a structured approach to inside sales and lead qualification. Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to manage contacts and optimize pre-sales processes.
