Hexaview Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead sales and delivery operations across international markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with proven experience in sales, account management, delivery oversight, and P&L ownership.
What You'll Do:
- Manage key accounts ( farming).
- Handle delivery operations ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Oversee business unit P&L and achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence.
- Explore new business channels and track market opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- B.Tech./MBA with 8–15 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, and delivery management.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing P&L.
- Strong knowledge of U.S., North America, and Canada markets.
- Experience selling to clients with $25M+ revenue and closing deals worth $1M+ USD.
- Experience in AI, Agents, Copilots, Microsoft Power Apps, or Microsoft tech (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
