Client Account Manager Lombok

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to build and manage strong relationships with our international investors, partners, and clients
. You will be the key contact point between Feel Invest Group in Lombok and our global network.

• Managing client accounts for real estate buyers, investors, and coffee partners.
• Preparing professional reports, presentations, and updates for clients.
• Coordinating between the marketing, real estate, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
• Assisting clients with on-site visits, investment tours, and local experiences in Lombok.
• Ensuring an exceptional client experience, from first contact to long-term relationship management.

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can handle international clients professionally while being connected to the local environment.
• Speaks fluent English (Bahasa Indonesia and other languages are a plus).
• Understands the dynamics of investment, real estate, and lifestyle projects.
