BRUSA HyPower AG, based in Buchs (Canton St. Gallen), was founded in 2021 as a spin‑off of BRUSA Elektronik AG. BRUSA HyPower specializes in electrical energy conversion systems such as DC/DC converters and onboard charging systems. The company develops power electronics products for on‑highway, off‑highway and stationary applications for its international customers.

• First point of contact for our international customers during prototype and series production
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key customers
• Identify, develop, and acquire new markets and customers
• Prepare proposals in accordance with customer requirements, including negotiating contracts and agreements
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments

• Extensive experience working with international OEM customers and on international projects
• University degree in business administration or engineering, or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, a high degree of self‑motivation, and a structured approach to work
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
• Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
