Leidos is hiring a Freeze-Dried Program Food Scientist to support NASA’s Space Food Systems Laboratory role oversees freeze-dried production, ensures GMP compliance, and participates in provisioning activities for ISS flight food systems.
Responsibilities include coordinating production, QA monitoring, data review, and collaboration on food science projects, reformulation, and sensory evaluation. A BS in a related field and 5 years of industry experience are required.
