Hiring:
Lab Associate

• Act as the main liaison for day-to-day lab operations and take full ownership.
• Contribute to organizing events, activities, and community sub-groups to foster the vibrant growth of an entrepreneurial engineering community with a focus on labs and hardware.
• Engage in the coordination and production of training sessions, incorporating feedback and insights to guide the effective use of equipment and spaces.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, conducting necessary laboratory inspections.
• Evaluate laboratory protocols from internal and external groups to gain insights into ongoing projects.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary to operate the equipment's.
• Collaborate with researchers, startups, corporates, other relevant stakeholders to grasp their lab needs and facilitate the support.
• Stay informed about the latest technological advancements, sharing insights with the team.
• Generate regular reports covering lab activities and project progress.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure protocol adherence.

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory experience.
• Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Demonstrate comfort in a fast-paced startup setting, effectively managing information with minimal supervision.
• Display a curious and eager-to-learn mindset, actively contributing as a team player with a willingness to handle any task.
• Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.

Compensation package will be commensurate with profile experience and suitability/fit.
