National Journeyman Electrician

INPWR is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Heavy Commercial and Industrial Journeyman Electrician to join our team! If you’re someone who takes pride in high‑quality work, enjoys solving problems, and values a strong safety culture, you’ll feel right at home here.

In this role, you’ll use your expertise to help install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across a variety of projects. Every day brings something new, including:

• Reading and working from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Installing and terminating cable, feeders, switch gear, and devices
• Bending and installing conduit (Rigid, EMT, ENT)
• Performing underground layout and rough‑in
• Troubleshooting motors, controls, and one‑line diagrams
• Running and testing data cables
• Completing work orders and documenting materials
• Staying compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Communicating clearly with teammates and customers
• Pitching in where needed as business needs evolve

• A Journeyman Electrician license (where required)
• High school diploma/GED
• OSHA 10/30 completed, along with all required safety certifications
• Strong ability to read and understand prints, schematics, and diagrams
• Experience using power tools and electrical installation equipment
• Ability to bend conduit, dig trenches, and operate equipment safely
• Comfortable operating company vehicles (manual + automatic)
• Commitment to safe work practices and procedures
• Ability to work from lifts and, when required, on energized circuits (following strict safety protocols)
