Joiner Workshop Assembly / Apprentice Manager (M/F)
Specializing in cabinetmaking, joinery and interior design, Maison Wider combines rigor, perfectionism and a love of the craft. The workshop assembler ensures the assembly and fitting of high-quality works in the workshop. He also supports apprentices in their training and passes on good trade practices.
Responsibilities- Reading plans
- Carry out the assembly and fitting of high-quality wooden elements
- Ensure the precision and quality of the finishes within the deadlines.
- Supervise and support carpentry/cabinetmaking apprentices
- Manage administrative tasks related to CFC training
- With an apprenticeship certificate (CFC) in carpentry/cabinetmaking
- Very good manual dexterity, confirmed experience in a workshop
- Appetite for apprentice training
- Proficiency in administrative follow-up and work organization
- Team player, able to work as part of a team
- Work as part of a dynamic team driven by a passion for shopfitting
- Attractive working conditions
