** What You'll Do
** As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring residential and light commercial HVAC systems operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities include:

* Performing residential preventative maintenance and system inspections
* Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, components, and electrical controls
* Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
* Maintaining company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
* Accurately documenting service calls and completed work
* Educating customers and addressing questions or concerns professionally
* Delivering outstanding customer service on every call
** What We're Looking For

* 3+ Years of HVAC experience
* High School Diploma or GED, preferred
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
