Temporary Housing Assistance

If needed, we can provide hotel accommodation for your first two weeks until you begin receiving paychecks. The cost will be deducted equally from your first two paychecks (50% each). After two weeks, you may either continue at the same hotel at your own expense or arrange your own housing.

- Clear coats, Metallics, Layout, Pre-Mask/Masking, Paint Mixing & Sanding Experience etc.)

Peru, IN 46970 (Onsite from Day 1st)

Direct Client: DBP (DEAN BALDWIN PAINTING)

Hourly Rates: $20-$32/hr. (On Experience & Interview Basis) - Per Diem Split Included ($7.25/hr taxable & Rest of Amount would be Non-Taxable)

OT rates would be TIME & HALF on Regular Pay (Fully Taxed).

1 Year Contract opportunity with Direct Client.

Note:

Must be an independent candidate (able to work on W2/ Per Diem) & must be presently working in United States.

Must be able to work onsite to any of the mentioned locations.

Must be able to relocate to any of the Client's Location at your own expenses.

Must have their own Tools/ Tools Kit which have to bring with them to the project.

Must be able to work on Per Diem Split.

Must be able to start within 2-3 weeks.

Must have a valid USA Driving Licence.

Must be able to pass 10 Year's Criminal/ Employment Background Check & Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

PAINTER CLASSIFICATIONS:

  • Master Painter ($27-32.00/hr.) is best known as a Master Painter; the individual should be able to paint any/all types of paint coatings including clear coats, metallics, etc. also should be able to do free hand layout, follow drawings, install premask. Stencil and placards installation, mixing paint, paint large body aircrafts from start to finish.
  • Aircraft Painter - 3 ($25-27.00/hr.) qualifies as a painter 3, the individual should be able to paint basecoat, topcoat (single stage) and clearcoat, Follow drawings, install premask. Stencil and placards installation, mixing paint, paint large body aircrafts from start to finish.
  • Aircraft Painter - 2 & 1 ($20-23.00/hr.) qualifies as a painter 1 and/or 2, the individual should be able to apply primer in all fleet types. Should be able to paint basecoat on stripes and logos. Will be introduce to topcoat on smaller areas (horizontals, etc.).

We take great pride in every aircraft painted at our facilities, whether it is commercial aircraft painting or regional, military, Boeing BBJ, Airbus ACJ or VIP corporate aircraft painting.

The facility serves Commercial, Regional, VIP Corporate
- Airbus and BBJ Aircraft Painting.

The facility operates 24/7.

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Inspectors are an integral part of our operation.

They are required to maintain the airworthiness of aircraft and all their components.

Inspectors work according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company regulations and procedures.

Inspectors certify the quality of workmanship, including signing mechanical flight releases.

Shift:

Overtime Available most of year

Day and Night 10 hour Shifts open (They will train on days, then go to nights 5:50PM to 5:30AM)

Can chose 4, 5 or 6 day work week

Employees will be expected to:

  • Pass Drug Test
  • Maintain Excellent Attendance
  • Adhere to all company safety rules.
  • Be able to climb stairs, stand and walk 90% of Shift.
  • Not be afraid of heights; scissor lifts 20 ft. – manlifts 45 ft.
  • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. at times when needed to carry a paper/plastic roll.
  • Wear Respirators and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
