Compensation

• $50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do

As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems
• Performing panel upgrades, service upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Running wiring, conduit, and completing rough‑in and trim‑out work
• Ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Communicating clearly with customers, builders, and team members
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
• Completing job documentation accurately and on time

You’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality work with professionalism and pride.

What You Bring

We’re looking for electricians who take pride in their craft:

• Indiana Journeyman Electrician license (required)
• 2-5+ residential electrical experience (required)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A professional, safety‑focused mindset
