*** Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams im Aussendienst
* Rekrutierung von neuen Vorsorgeberatenden
* Festlegung von Verkaufszielen sowie Erarbeitung von Entwicklungsplänen
* Aktive Unterstützung des Generalagenten in der systematischen Marktbearbeitung
* Durchführung sowie Sicherstellung von umfassenden Vorsorge- und Finanzberatungen
* Betreuung und Ausbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios
** Ihre Stärken
*** Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche (dipl. Finanzberater IAF oder Finanzplaner eidg. FA)
* Leadership und hohe Motivation, Vorsorgeberatende zum Erfolg zu führen und dabei auch selbst im Verkauf als Vorbild zu agieren
* Begeisterungsfähige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Verkaufs- und Sozialkompetenzen
* Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit zielorientierter und gut organisierter Arbeitsweise
* Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und hoher Kundenorientierung Agencies near you
