RISE Housing and Support Services is looking for someone with leadership qualities and experience in a human services field to support the management of one of our community residences in Ballston Spa. The perfect candidate will be able to work with diverse personalities and support a staff of 5 to help our residents overcome the life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented, while maintaining a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment.
RISEOffers a Starting Residential Program Supervisor
- A rate of $21 to $24 per hour with a 40 hour work week
- $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of service planning for house residents with the Program Director
- Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program
- Assisting in the maintenance of the day-to-day operations of the program
- Supporting program staff with their daily duties and crisis intervention
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors and promoting professional development for staff
- An Associate's Degree in a human services related field
- 1+ years of experience in a human services field supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- A willingness to do what needs to be done to meet the goals of the program
- An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication

- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver's license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
