• Provide technical expertise through solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts via in‑person or virtual presentations, whiteboards, and other mediums.
• Understand and meet the customer’s requirements.
• Offer support to the customer when needed.
• Deliver customer demos and assist with onboarding.
• Design solutions based on customer requirements and maintain flexibility to work across multiple solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to eliminate internal impediments.
• Identify and report process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the CRM contains accurate account details and contact information.
• Coordinate with CS and Sales teams to manage demos and onboarding setups.
• Apply an R&D mindset to create innovative solutions and workflows.
• Work timings: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.

Need to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.
• Full‑time degree in an engineering field.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API calls.
• Experience using Postman, integration tools such as Zapier, and other middleware.

• Team player who can take responsibility for a wide range of tasks, from fixing office internet to pitching to senior executives.
• Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
