Full Stack Developer

Pupsic is a rev-ops agency, focused on SMEs to help them grow using inbound marketing tactics.

We’re seeking a full‑stack developer who is excited to go beyond the conventional coding role. This position will focus on REST API integrations, advanced design, and creating next‑generation web and mobile experiences. The role also entails working on headless architecture and multi‑tenant platforms. While Word Press is part of our technology stack, our primary focus extends beyond it.

• Develop and deploy tech solutions focusing on user experiences, REST API integrations, and headless architecture.
• Build and maintain multi‑tenant platforms.
• Manage backend infrastructure on Cloudways and AWS.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Explore and implement blockchain and other emerging technologies.
• Lead innovation for web and mobile platforms.
• Automated testing with selenium scripting.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in planning, and engage in agile workflows.

• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Familiar with Word Press customizations using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and advanced Jet Engine setup.
• Strong expertise in backend technologies, security and speed optimisations.
• Experience or interest in working with headless architectures and multi‑tenant platforms.
• Interest in blockchain and other emerging technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops tools and best practices.
• Attention to detail and timely.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Prior experience in a high‑growth startup or agile environment.
