Team Lead Development

In this role, you are responsible for creating the conditions that allow the team to work efficiently and predictably, with a high likelihood of achieving shared goals.

You do this by providing clarity on priorities, structuring work thoughtfully, reducing unnecessary friction, and ensuring that technical decisions are made deliberately. Your focus is not on pushing for speed, but on increasing the probability of success through good engineering leadership.

• Creating clarity around goals, scope, and priorities so the team can focus on what matters
• Structuring development work to reduce uncertainty and avoid unnecessary rework
• Helping the team make sound technical decisions and trade-offs early
• Identifying and addressing risks, dependencies, and blockers before they become problems
• Supporting efficient collaboration through clear communication and expectations
• Balancing short-term delivery with long-term system quality and maintainability

We are looking for a leader who understands that efficiency in complex technical environments comes from structure and clarity, not pressure.

You bring a strong understanding of engineering work and have experience guiding teams through complex technical challenges. You are comfortable taking responsibility for organizing work, making decisions, and setting priorities. You value predictability and correctness over heroic last-minute efforts, and you help teams stay focused on shared goals.
