Lead Developer, Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

Position Summary

Lead Developer (ACIS) – responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and testing complex application software for the company’s ACIS system.

• Analyzes designs, creates, enhances, and tests complex application software as senior personnel.
• Creates, enhances, and tests complex application software that operates efficiently and accurately.
• Works autonomously and mentors other developers in the team.
• Troubleshoots issues and makes recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy of application software.
• Uses knowledge of development languages, procedures, structured methodologies, and computer platforms to complete assignments; expands knowledge as needed.
• Coordinates and schedules tasks and activities to meet established objectives.
• Employs interpersonal and verbal communication skills to coordinate interrelated activities with coworkers, end-users, and management.
• Reports team progress and status to project leadership and/or management.
• Provides timely status updates.
• Maintains strong attention to detail, documentation and organization skills.

• 7+ years of experience as an iSeries AS400 full stack developer.
• Hands‑on experience with Synon, RPG, RPG 4.
• Solid experience designing, developing, installing, deploying, and supporting AS400 solutions.
• Solid experience with MQ integrations.
• In‑depth integration experience with external applications.
• Familiar with 2E/CM, MOVEIT change management technologies.
