• You take overall responsibility for the architecture and development of a new, future-proof, and scalable software solution — from the backend structure to frontend components and the integration of external systems.
• You make key decisions regarding technologies, frameworks, and architecture.
• You will develop and integrate interfaces required for the communication and expandability of the platform.
• You ensure code quality as well as the performance of the entire solution.
• You build a dynamic and motivated development team that, under your leadership, the team will deliver cutting‑edge software at a high technical standard.
• You work closely with management and stakeholders to optimally map customer processes.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering full-stack software architectures.
• Solid expertise in API development and system integration.
• Substantial experience in selecting and implementing technologies that ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the solution.
• Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a high standard for innovative and future‑proof solutions.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a clear technical vision, motivate teams, and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Business fluency in English. German skills are a plus.
• Full ownership of the architecture for a brand-new software platform, being able to shape the overall technical direction of the product.
• A key role in the development of an innovative product and significant influence on the vision and technical strategy.
