• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and user stories for projects of small to medium complexity.
• Collaborate with software developers and other IT professionals to review and analyze system specifications and project documentation.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, providing detailed reports to the development team for resolution.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA, focusing on creating maintainable and scalable test automation solutions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, promoting continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance best practices, procedures, and methodologies.
• Participate in the review and analysis of test results, providing recommendations for improvements to the software development process.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of testing activities, defects, and overall software quality.
• Stay current on evolving software development methodologies, testing techniques, and industry best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Technical knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools like TOSCA, including test case design, scripting, and execution.
• Proficiency in using test management tools like QTest for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with different operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Typically Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required with 4–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
