In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and maintain software applications using modern development practices within an Agile team
Collaborate with team members to design, build, and enhance product features and functionality
Review peer code to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards
Participate in sprint planning and contribute to product roadmaps
Perform software testing and support quality assurance activities
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team practices
Support additional project activities as required to meet team and business goals
You consistently apply knowledge and skills to achieve high‑quality results and take responsibility for your work. You collaborate effectively with others, valuing different perspectives and contributing to shared team goals. You approach challenges with curiosity and structured thinking, using data and analysis to make informed decisions. You communicate clearly and openly, ensuring alignment and understanding across stakeholders.
For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Hands‑on experience in software development (typically 3+ years or equivalent practical experience)
Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and React.js
Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design principles (including SOLID), and software architecture
Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and quality assurance practices
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks
Familiarity with front‑end tools and libraries such as npm, webpack, and Material UI
Exposure to industrial automation or similar domains
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
