Head of Developer Solutions; m​/f​/d

As the Head of Developer Experience Solutions (Dev Ex), you will bridge the gap between people leadership and strategic product vision. You will directly lead, coach, and grow high-performing engineering teams dedicated to our Atlassian-based apps in the Dev Ex domain, fostering agile workflows and continuous process improvement.

Beyond team leadership, you will own the overall Dev Ex domain. This means shaping its vision, positioning, and market direction to ensure our products - like Dev Sensei - evolve into a coherent, highly competitive portfolio. By identifying new market opportunities and translating customer needs into strategic priorities, you will align roadmaps and stakeholders across product, engineering, and business units to drive measurable business growth.

As a key sparring partner for leadership and a champion for Dev Ex both internally and externally, you will ensure our teams are unified around clear business outcomes.

Note:

this role requires traveling to our Zurich office one to two times per month.

• Several years of leadership experience in software or product-driven environments
• Proven track record in scaling teams, driving change, and delivering business impact
• Experience shaping domain strategies, portfolios, and product directions
• Background in developer tools, productivity solutions, or platforms (e.g. Atlassian, Git Hub, Jet Brains) is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of modern software development (Dev Ops, CI/CD, code quality)
• Experience working in agile environments and structuring complex topics
• Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and impact

• Good understanding of developer tools, workflows, and version control (e.g. Git)
