Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software

Responsibilities

• Implement micro‑services from design to production.
• Own development, maintenance, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations of the team, with containerized API services.
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of new product features and components.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design.
• Work with a small, cross‑functional team on products and features to drive growth.
• Learn new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies to grow.
• Research and suggest new technologies to boost the product.
• Influence product development through important technical decisions, system architecture, and development practices.

• 4+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Profound knowledge in OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with server‑side technologies such as Java and Spring.
• Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Expertise in testing methodologies (unit testing, TDD, mocking).
• Fluent with relational databases (SQL).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud services (advantage).
• Experience with large‑scale SQL/No

• Experience with Agile Development or Extreme Programming methodology.
