Sr. Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to drive application development, mentor junior engineers, and lead adoption of modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering.

This role combines hands‑on development, technical leadership, and AI‑driven innovation, with responsibilities spanning coding, architecture, code reviews, research, and delivery.

• Lead application development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team
• Mentor and train junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning
• Leverage AI tools for:
  • Code generation and optimization
  • Code reviews and PR analysis
  • Technical research and productivity improvements
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance solutions using modern architecture
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality practices
• Participating in end‑to‑end delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for successful project execution

• B.E /
  
  B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• Backend & Programming: .NET, C#
• Frontend:
  Type Script
• Database: SQL
• Cloud & Dev Ops:
  Azure, Terraform
• Version Control & CI/CD:
  Git Hub, Git Hub Actions
• Architecture:
  Microservices

• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Lang Chain
  • Lang Graph
  • MCP‑based development
• Familiarity with:
  • Git Hub Copilot
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Other Generative AI tools and frameworks
• Ability to integrate AI into development workflows (code, testing, analysis)

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline optimization and automation strategies
• Knowledge of REST APIs design and API management
• Exposure to React or modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with observability tools (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Understanding of application security practices (authentication, authorization, secure coding)
• Experience with performance tuning and scalability improvements
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices and infrastructure automation
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Strong ownership mindset with focus on delivery and quality
• Passion for mentoring and team development
• Proactive in adopting emerging technologies, especially AI‑driven development
• Ability to balance hands‑on coding with leadership responsibilities
