Job Description & How to Apply Below
Join a dynamic project focused on building robust AI-powered agents to streamline and automate engineering workflows. This role centers on developing private coding, review, testing, documentation, and release agents that engineering teams can confidently deploy in production environments. You will be responsible for transforming complex, manual engineering processes into reliable, AI-assisted systems that enhance productivity and code quality. The position involves close collaboration with engineering teams to prototype, launch, and continuously improve agent-driven solutions across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Design and implement agent workflows that integrate with Git Hub, ticketing systems, CI pipelines, documentation, and deployment tools.
- Build codebase-aware retrieval systems, task planning modules, prompt orchestration, tool calling, and automated review flows.
- Develop agents capable of opening pull requests, generating tests, summarizing releases, and requesting approval for sensitive changes.
- Implement robust permission models, approval states, audit logs, evaluation, and rollback procedures.
- Create comprehensive tests and benchmarking suites to measure agent quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with client engineers to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate on system improvements.
- Ensure all agent systems adhere to best practices in security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Minimum 3 years of experience building production software systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, Python, or Go.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, coding agents, automation workflows, or AI‑assisted engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, static analysis, code review automation, vector databases, embeddings, or model evaluation frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract, part‑time capacity.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and permission models.
