We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer who wants to grow while contributing to real-world healthcare innovation.

Your Role

As a Junior Java Developer, You Will

• Participate in the development of backend modules for our PDMS and Anesthesia platforms.
• Work with Java 8 , Java EE, JPA, and Captain Casa.
• Interact with relational databases (MySQL) and write efficient SQL queries.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Work on real hospital-integration workflows (HL7, device data, clinical processes).
• Contribute to testing, debugging, documentation, and CI/CD tasks.

What You Bring

• Good knowledge of Java.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate or general ORM concepts.
• Basic understanding of web application development.
• Eagerness to learn enterprise Java, medical data workflows, and real-time systems.
• Team spirit, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Not required, but great to have!)

• Experience with Java EE.
• Knowledge of REST APIs or JSON.
• Exposure to HL7 / healthcare IT standards.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, or Docker.
• Interest in medical technology & patient monitoring software.
