Location:

• Working on our collection of Oracle APEX applications.
• Collaboratively working with other Enterprise Platforms teams (e.g., Integrations, Messaging).
• Mentoring colleagues at every level, and a willingness to be mentored by them.
• Supporting your Tech Lead and Engineering Manager in technical decision‑making, solutioning, and estimations.
• Pairing with team members to identify the most optimal solution and regularly conducting code reviews to ensure high engineering quality.
• Looking at logs and monitoring metrics and responding to alerts.
• Ensuring the availability and reliability of the applications.

• 2 – 5 years experience as an Oracle APEX Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and RESTful Data Services.
• Very strong SQL and PL/SQL coding experience.
• Proven track record in producing high‑quality applications on the Oracle APEX platform.
• Strong design and UI skills.
• A solid grasp of the following:
  • Environment management
  • Version Control
  • Release Management
• Able to effectively communicate technical concepts to different audiences.
• Ability to work with a global team and be accommodating of different time‑zones as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management skills.
• Enjoy collaborating with teams to solve problems with creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Experience in defect tracking tools like JIRA.
