- Responsibilities: Responsible for guiding and directing students in a successful softball program at the high school level. Help organize and plan practices and develop conditioning programs to improve strength, skill, and agility. Must demonstrate an interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities.
- Immediate Supervisor: Head Coach, Athletic Director, School Principal
- Qualifications: Experience as a high school softball coach in a successful program; good communication skills; ability to get along with students and parents; ability to motivate athletes; experience as a softball participant at the high school or college level.
