For our Supply Chain department, we are looking for immediate or by-agreement support from a motivated Export Specialist (a) 80%
-100%.

• Handling export, domestic, and cross-trade shipments for project and accessory deliveries worldwide
• Processing test material, replacement, return, and repair shipments worldwide
• Monitoring and preparing orders prior to shipment with regard to payment and delivery terms (advance payment, letters of credit, transport insurance, Incoterms, VAT)
• Preparing and applying for certificates of origin and insurance certificates
• Passing on export-relevant information to internal and external customers
• Liaising and negotiating with freight forwarders, banks, chambers of commerce, insurance companies, and customs authorities

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Further training in export / import / foreign trade (e.g. qualification as a foreign trade specialist)
• Several years of experience in order processing and export operations
• Knowledge of customs tariff classification, origin, customs procedures, and economic regulations of the EU and EFTA / free trade agreements
• Experience in using ERP systems and export/import processing systems (e.g. Expo Win, Impo Win, Expo Vit, SAP-GTS)
• Experience in an internationally active company with a global focus is an advantage
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
