Logistics Coordinator; m​/f​/CDD

Overview

For our client in the Biel/Bienne region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.

• Receiving Activities - Coordinate the timely and compliant receipt of incoming shipments.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Ensure visual inspections of finished goods are performed and report any damages or discrepancies.
• Organize and label storage locations according to company standards.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving processes.
• Warehouse & Material Handling Activities - Support outbound operations in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Support general warehouse activities and contribute to operational efficiency.

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse processes is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems are beneficial.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
