Responsibilities
- Operate a scanner to track the location of products in the building
- Operate warehousing equipment such as forklifts and order pickers frequently
- Safely operate in a warehouse environment
- Work as part of a team
- Follow work instructions
- Follow-up on tasks
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED a plus
- Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus
- Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus
- Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
- Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
- Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
- Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights to 50 pounds
- Safely operate warehouse equipment as required for the position (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
