• Operational Oversight:
  Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Inventory Management:
  Ensure accurate stock levels by monitoring inventory, conducting regular cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all employees.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all goods are handled and stored in compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Logistics Coordination:
  Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of products.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and staff performance to management.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, reporting any issues for repair or replacement.

• A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
