General labor

We are currently hiring general labor associates for a pick & pack position in a warehouse environment. Associates will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, sorting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects.
• Sort and organize products within the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and label packages.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and attendance expectations.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
​
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
​
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
​
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
​
• Warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred but not required.
​
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
​
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
