Job Title: Accountant;
Location: Indianapolis, IN (46254);
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000;
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week;
Work Environment: Fully In-Office (flexible start/end times).

• Process multi-state payroll (including union employees; approximately 100+ employees)
• Perform account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• Support audit preparation and documentation
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• ADP experience is a plus
