Senior Accountant

We are a leading Midwest-based recruiting firm partnering with a powerhouse automotive technology company to find a Senior Accountant.

• Full-Cycle Accounting:
  Own the month-end/year-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Technical Focus:
  Lead lease accounting, rebate program management, and contract reviews.
• Analysis:
  Prepare financial statements and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• M&A Support:
  Assist in integrating financial processes for new acquisitions and ensuring GAAP compliance across a national footprint.
• Audit Readiness:
  Support internal and external audits with precise documentation.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of corporate or manufacturing accounting. Public accounting experience is a strong plus.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced Excel proficiency and experience navigating ERP systems.
• Mindset:
  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where attention to detail is non-negotiable.

• Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 plus annual performance bonus
