Step into a role centered on billing, accounts receivable, and project financial support while working closely with project managers. This position begins with core billing and A/R responsibilities and is structured to expand over time into project accounting, budgeting, and broader financial involvement.

• Defined growth path toward project accounting and budget-related responsibilities
• Steady monthly billing rhythm with heavier activity at the start of each cycle and lighter activity later in the month
• Collaboration with project managers and internal team members who support billing and payroll processes

• Prepare and process client billing
• Manage accounts receivable follow-up and support collection efforts
• Track project-related financial details
• Work directly with project managers to support billing accuracy and project-related financial information

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business,
  required
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, project accounting, or related accounting work
• Comfort working with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and recurring billing cycles
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
