• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail

• Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments

• Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

• Assist with month-end closing and support the accounting team with various projects

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policy and audit requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role

• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
