Accounts Payable Specialist
Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | Hybrid
What You’ll Do:- Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
- Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Assist with month-end closing and support the accounting team with various projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policy and audit requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
