Experienced Audit Associate

A Japanese accounting firm is looking for an Experienced Audit Associate.

• Lead Audit Engagements:
  Oversee and manage audit assignments, including planning and execution.
• Review Financial Statements:
  Analyze and verify the accuracy of financial statements and records.
• Evaluate Internal Controls:
  Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Prepare Reports:
  Create detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Communicate with Clients:
  Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Ensure Compliance:
  Verify adherence to auditing standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay Informed:
  Keep updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

Saturday Sunday Holiday

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing and review procedures.
• Ability to meet challenges and exceed client requirements; possessing strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
• Team player.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in Japanese preferred but not required.
