Senior Accountant

Location: Bristol, Indiana (Fully Onsite)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support the accounting and finance team through ownership of the month‑end close process, external audit coordination, account reconciliations, and inventory‑related accounting activities. This is a fully onsite opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Lead and coordinate annual external audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors.
• Support the full month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Serve as a backup for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, inventory reconciliations, and inventory accounting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month‑end close, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing, inventory, and external audit experience preferred.
