Dealership Office Manager

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client on the east side of Indianapolis in search of an Office Manager for their dealership. This is a full time, direct hire position working fully in office. If you feel you would be a good fit, apply today!

Hours:

8:30 - 5
Salary range: $65,000 - 80,000 based on experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with CDK software.

• HR related activities
  • Calculate and process payroll in CDK and ADP Payroll
  • Benefits management and processing
  • Health Insurance/ancillary coverages/401K administration
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual benefits reconciliations and processing
  • New applicant/employee processing and entry into CDK and ADP Payroll
  • Background checks/Drug screens/Driver's License checks
  • Respond to unemployment claims
  • Handle Workman's Comp claims/administration
  • FMLA documentation
• Accounting
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Regular bank monitoring throughout the day for activity approvals
  • Process funding notices and payoff floor planned vehicles
  • Upload checks to bank daily
  • Reconcile finance reserve accounts with funding notices
  • Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly account reconciliations and entries
  • Parts inventories
  • Work In Process
  • Uniform invoices and employee charges to payroll
  • Process Wholesale sales
  • Process Dealer Trades/Street Purchases/Auction purchases
  • Handle Mechanic's Lien process when needed
  • Process Out Of State title work using VITU software
