Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting Administrator.
Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
- Administer employee benefits and pension programs
- Respond to benefits, payroll, and administrative inquiries
- Support member organizations with financial and administrative needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Assist with office operations and special projects
- Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related administrative experience
- Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes
- Experience with employee benefits or payroll administration preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
- Service-minded professional with a collaborative approach and a desire to help others
This is a hybrid position, with one day remote.
