Accounts Receivable Clerk
Compensation: $41,600–$45,760 annually | Nappanee, IN | Full-Time | On-Site
A well-established manufacturing company in the Nappanee area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Process and apply customer payments
- Monitor customer accounts and collections activity
- Research and resolve customer inquiries
- Reconcile account balances and maintain accurate records
- Prepare bank deposits as needed
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience working within large ERP systems is required
- AS400 experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree preferred
