Salary
: $80K to $90K + 10% bonus

• Lead month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and performance reporting
• Manage inventory accounting, costing, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, payroll review, and AP and AR functions
• Support ERP improvements, automation, and process enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
